• All apartment block stairs
• All corridors
• Around the swimming pool area
• Garden
• Daily cleaning for all garden area
• Looking after the garden

Weekly cleaning

• Cleaning the sun beds & umbrellas
• Cleaning of the chairs & tables at around the pool
• Checking all the lights around the complex wall and surrounding area (Maintenance company responsible of the changing the lights)

Swimming Pool

• Swimming pool will be maintained everyday in between May - October
• Daily Chemicals
• Daily sweep off the swimming pool floor
• Pool engine and control panel will be checked and controlled monthly by the technical services
