Property managements packs that can be tailored to the individual. But if this is not suitable we also offer key holding service with individual inspection visits. The charge for key holding is £55.00 per year (This includes main locks changed and 2 sets of keys issued). we must insists on this before taking on your property. The keys can be picked up during office hours or if using our transfer service delivered free of charge to you or your guest (email confirmation required) . 

We can carry out individual checks to your property at a charge of £10.00 per visit photo and inspection report  sent to the client via email. An individual password is given to each client so reports can also be checked via the website.
