I have been really pleased with the help and advice i have received from Carol and Louise at Property Services Altinkum, no problem of mine was ever too great for them to sort out. My apartment is left in really safe hands and looked after to the highest standard. I never have to worry about what state my place will be in after being closed up all winter as it is always in tip top condition when i arrive in May. |

Property service Altinkum Management has been looking after our house in Yesilkent. Part of this service entails monthly inspections of the interior /exterior of the house with photographs emailed to us. Also we can access reports via the website this reassures us that our house is being looked after when we are thousands of miles away . We think this is well worth the modest cost involved.
Ismail collects us from the airport with our keys and a welcome pack is there in the fridge and also water and gas when we arrive. We found this both helpful and reassuring. We can start our holiday from the moment we arrive.
They also have a good Technical Service team and have carried out repairs which need to be done to our house which saves us having to do it ourselves. This will enable us to have the work done in our absence. All part of the service offered by Property Services Altinkum. All in all this ensures that we have peace of mind about our house in Altinkum when we are not there. |

I bought my first vApartment in Altinkum 5 years ago. I was also broken into and the first management company were useless. I also arrived in May 2004 with a dirty green pool and 5ft weeds. I have tried a few others without success 2 ran off with my money. Property Services Altinkum have been looking after my apartment now for 3 years now without any problems. They go out straight after any bad weather and keep me updated with a dated photograph so i know they have been in to inspect it when they say they have. I can also log in onto the website to see any progress of any alterations that i have asked them to carry out. I also like the fact that they are joint English and Turkish owned. This makes all the difference as they know what standard we expect. |
